The next step in the evolution of Personnel Change Requests (PCRs). Offers an efficient way to manage cross-role processes involving HR Master data. It provides greater flexibility and features such as starting a request by an administrator, saving a draft and analytics . It Is part of the HR administrative services component introduced in SAP ERP 6.0. It will allows SAP customers to build and execute their own specific processes irrespective of data, process flow and roles involved.

HCM Processes & Forms framework is based on three components

Conversion Strategy in HR

The Data Transfer Toolbox has been developed to facilitate the process of converting organizational, employee and payroll data from legacy system to SAP, quickly and accurately. The conversion strategy, incorporated in the toolbox, has been successfully used by SAP customers, ranging from small, to medium and large companies, and has proven to be the most flexible and reliable method of transferring HR/Payroll data. It is assumed in this chapter that you want to define your company’s Organizational Plan including organizational units, jobs and positions, for the purpose of costing, evaluating and documenting employee organizational status. The process of defining an organizational plan varies depending on the integration between the Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) components, and will be explained in detail.
