Engineer-to-Order Processing with ProMan - Part 1

This tutorial is a continuation of the previous engineer-to-order scenario, The customer has accepted the quotation. Now you create the sales order with reference to the quotaiton. Further, you will be able to see how the whole process may be controlled via the project system module, and how you can handle changes requested by the customers and thus how to handle claims management. At the end of the tutorial you will be able to explain how SAP supports the engineer-to-irder process in the IM&C Industry.

Project manufacturing - Sales Order Processing with ProMAN scenarios uses a robot manufactures as an example. The order process is described in an ETO planning environment, in which a project is used to control the linkage between manufacturing and other departments. ProMan is a new feature of the SAP PS System, used to control both the manufacturing and procurement procedure centrally.
